50 Days of Prayer

Pastor Haitham Besmar and Rev. Andy Garber have constructed an amazing 50 Days of Prayer guide. They strongly suggest that we as a Nation lift up our Nation, the Nation of Israel and one state everyday in prayer according to needs. We encourage you to use this daily prayer guide over the next 50 days in addition to your daily bible reading and prayer time.

50 Days of Pentecost Prayer

 
  1. Ask God for a fresh outpouring

Joel 2:28 “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.”

  1. Ask God for a fresh infilling

Acts 2:4. “And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

  1. Ask God for a fresh indwelling
John 14:17 “the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.”
 
4. Ask God for a fresh hovering

Genesis 1:2 “The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.”

5. Ask God for a fresh Spirit of Workmanship in your working

Exodus 31:3 “And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship. ”

6. Ask God for a Fresh anointing from you to others

26. Ask God for a fresh anointing to preach the Word and proclaim liberty

Isaiah 61:1 “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the LORD has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;”

  1. Ask God for a fresh knowledge to not grieve the Holy Spirit

Isaiah 63:10 “But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit; So He turned Himself against them as an enemy, And He fought against them.”

  1. Ask God for a fresh ability to be led by the Spirit even in times of tempting.

  1. Ask God for fresh manifestations of the Holy Spirit to come once again to his church

Romans 8:26 “Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.”

  1. Ask Holy Spirit to move through you in a demonstration of God‘s power

I Corinthians 2:4 “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,”

  1. Ask God to daily remind you that you are a temple of the Holy Spirit

I Corinthians 3:16 “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” Bonus daily prayer Ask Holy Spirit to remind you that you are a child of God
